Welcome to the
Saguaro Camera Club
Serving the Greater
Phoenix, Arizona Area
The Saguaro Camera Club was originally organized as a color slide club. In an effort to remain current, the club has adopted Digital Photography as its primary medium. Digital competitions are held monthly. The club also has a program each month.
The club meets the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month, October through the 2nd Thursday of April. The meetings are held in the community room of the Mesa Fire Station, 360 E First St, Mesa, AZ 85201. The fire station is located on the NW corner of Mesa Drive and First Street. Meetings begin at 6:45 PM and last about two hours. On occasion it is necessary to change our meeting nights because the fire deptartment needs the community room for their own purposes. An up to date schedule is posted in another section under "Programs."
The Saguaro Camera club is closely affiliated with the Photographic Society of America (PSA) and is a member of the Arizona Camera Club Council (ACCC).
For the past 57 years Saguaro has sponsored the Saguaro International Nature Exhibition, a premier photo exhibition drawing images from around the world.
